You have two options one's easy one's difficult for people without much knowledge.

Option 1 Assumes you have dumb Network Admins..

Get firefox, if you can't install it on the computer then get a cheap pen drive

Something like

Once you have the drive then you just need to get firefox portable

The second way is to set up a proxy... If you don't know what I mean then forget it...

Obviously there are more ways but you don't seem like the type who would be able to do any of the others..

Firefox really is your best bet...

You can't. A network administrator can control the flow of data around a company's network if given the proper equipment.

If your network is blocked from that site, you probably can't get to it.

Not to mention, that if it's off limits, it could cost you your job, too!

Yeah, good luck with that. Not likely. If your network administrators are stupid, you may be able to click the link from the email you get when someone posts a message or comment. Other than that, no dice my friend.

The idea that you can't get past is wrong. There are ways past any block that can be imposed on you.

Though a lot depends on the specific network setup where you are. Since you do not appear to be in an oppressive country nor trying to get past a block by your parents I'm not going to share any methods with you.

At my work if you have access to a computer they keep logs of whats being searched even if the search is blocked and its not a good thing to be caught screwing around on company time.

Work your shift and be produtive and surf at your own time away from work.
