Trackers is against the privacy policy.... you have no right knowing what other ppl do on their computers... your "page" is not YOUR page.... it belongs to myspace, and they will not allow users to invade the privacy of others by hosting scripts like that... thus accounts trying to use trackers are deleted...

not to mention, they don't work... and the ones that do are disabled in a matter of days... mostly because they track ppl by their ip address, and as soon as your ip changes (usually every few days), you're out of the tracker's database... and anything that doesn't track using that method is filtered by myspace, so they don't work at all....

and all those sites that offer them are full of spyware that infects your computer.... this has become a big problem lately, since now they infect your pc with codes to steal your login info for myspace without you having to fall for a fake login page...

and they try to steal your myspace login info so they can hijack your account and spam your friends in bulletins with advertisements...

the goal of a tracker site IS NOT to give you a tracker.. it's to make money.... and by visiting their site, you make them money... whether it's from spyware or spam or charging for the tracker, they get paid... they don't care if the tracker stops working the next day or if your account is deleted, because they already made their money at your expense....

if they get your login info, they have several options....

they can automatically login as you and send out bulletins to your friends advertising free ipods or viagra....

ppl seldom notice that until their friends start complaining about all the crap bulletins that have already been sent (by you)....

then they have the option to jack your page and make it look like a fake login page to steal your friends' login info... you notice that pretty quickly, but they can also change your password and lock you out, so you totally can't do anything about it except contact myspace and hope they reply within a few weeks... but by that time, it's likely that someone has reported your profile for stealing logins and you've been deleted... myspace doesn't know that it wasn't you that set up the fake login page on your profile....

and lots of ppl use the same email/password for other stuff, like banking or paypal or amazon or ebay... then you get to deal with them stealing your money or you buy them alot of presents...

these ppl aren't amateurs... they know what they're doing, and they know how to get away with it... but you don't see that because you really just wanna know who looked at your profile....

For each pic, put the HTML "img" tag somewhere in one the fields that shows on your profile.

Steer clear of 'trackers' unless you want to take a good chance your password will be compromised and your account used to spam other accounts.

The only 'trackers' that kind-of work are the ones that require other people to also have a 'tracker' of the same type on their computer as well. So it's pretty much impossible to find out if someone is looking at your profile without them knowing you want to know if they are looking at your profile. And the trade-off is that they will ALSO be able to track you. =P

So unless you can convince the person somehow to get a 'tracker' like the one you use and don't mind them knowing... save yourself a lot of trouble and don't bother with them. Almost all of them are scams of one sort or another or operate like viruses (they automatically make comments on your friend's pages to get the tracker you use.)

To sum it up: they suck.

These are comments about the Myspace trackers. When I go the the view/edit comments to delete them the blue "Delete My Comment" is gone and is replaced by a box that has "Delete My Comment" in it. Next to the box is a text box to type something in. I have typed, clicked, and whatever else and these darn things will not go away. I have contacted Myspace support several times and I get the same reply... "You can only find out how many people view your profile. You cannot see who they are. Using this tracker is not permitted." I have tried to explain to support that I dont want the tracker, I am trying to delete the comment, but I still get the same response. So, is there a Myspace pro out there who can help me? Yes there is... make a myspace slideshow and copy the code. Paste the code in the area where you would post a bulletin. In the code, where it says YOUR friend id delete it and replace with the friend id of whos pictures you want to see. Submit the bulletin (but DO NOT post it unless you want your friends to know are a snoop, lol) And ta da!!! It will work on private PROFILES....BUT NOT on private photo albums. Hope that helps!!!

Firefox lets you view items that have been hidden by codes... it does not let you view profiles that have been set to private... You still need to be the person's friend before you can view private profiles.

I post stories on my blog on myspace. Myspace has a glitch when posting a blog. The glitch is it removes puncuation forcing the person that posts the blog to edit the post, maybe more than once. I have gotten mixed feedback on this question before but does anyone know to an absolute if I am logged in and viewing, posting, or editing my blog if I am counted as a view. I wouldn't think so but I would like to know for sure so I don't accidentally distort my own numbers.

1.) Right click on the persons page that you want to view thier top friends.

2.) When you right click, select View Source.

3.) When the view source box comes up, at the top of it select Edit, then in the edit menu select find.

4.) in the find box type FRIEND SPACE.

5.) exit the little box that you typed friend space in but not the whole view source box.

6.) the words friend space will be highlighted in the view source box and just scroll down, each top friend will be surrounded by some codes so you have to look closely.

A message comes up that says I need to download a new shockwave/flash player and I've done that, about 5 times. No change.

The weird thing is that when I was trying to download the flashplayer/shockwave and I went back to MySpace to listen to a song it worked and same with YouTube. So then I cancelled the download and it stopped. And then I tested this again and the same thing happened. Can someone who knows how to fix this problem tell me what to do? No matter what browser I used, it would say I needed a later version of flash, even though I had installed the latest version like 5 times. I think the problem just went away on its own eventually. theres a very simple way to do it. Simply go to someones page who has top friends visible, and click on "view all of so and so's friends" Then go to the person whose top friends you want to see's page, and cut there friend id from their web address. If you look in the address bar it should be the numbers after the bit that says "friendID=" in the address field. Then go back to the persons page where you've clicked view all friends, and cut and paste the persons friend ID that you cut, over the other persons one in the url, and press enter. The persons top friends should be the first 8 or so friends in the "view all friends section".

You'll have to find a pre-made layout that comes with that feature or find a code. Tom and the guys at myspace have not included the "hide your friends" feature on myspace (hopefully they do soon). Does their page have a bunch of junk like pictures, glitter text, animations on it? If so, that can delay it to load and may cause it not to. Sign out and try to view. If you can see them then, then it may just be your account settings. Try to refresh. Wait, so you've hid your comments.. but you want people to be able to click a link to see them?

If thats right your best bet is to just do a text link.

What you are wanting is called a DIV layout. Which basically covers up myspace and you create new fields for all of your stuff.

While you can try "layout stealers" that grab the code by entering the persons myspace id, that particular myspace "God of War" is a paid site....Which means they pay big $$$ to get the banner removed off the top of their myspace. Dont get me wrong, you can use a DIV layout and cover up their banner, but your myspace will be deleted shortly after....

So search for "DIV myspace layouts" on yahoo, and find one that you like, and edit it from there to your likings.

you can either try what your doing and clicking around. some accounts are blocked to friends only , and i usually just go through mate by mate and click into view there mates and it'll say who is online and who is not but normally the ones that are blocked want let in there but ones that are not should do.

Have you tried out straightening it? That could look nice depending on the texture of your hair. I think putting it up in the back would make it look good. If you're planning to cut it then I don't have a clue.

As for make up, I think that if you're not wearing any in the pictures then you look absolutely fine natural, but if otherwise I'd say just a little bit of eyeliner and natural-toned lip gloss or something along those lines.

The profiles are made private for a reason. If Myspace has good security features, you shouldn't be able to view a private profile, with 'any' code.. That would beat the purpose of making it private...

aww u kindda look like shakira.....I think since it seems like u have natural curly hair, u shud get japanese hair straighting...and on the makeup keep it natural...use those bare mineral foundation and stuff...it will give you a natural glow......use a nude color lipstick or gloss......always remember to use bronzer on your cheek bones.....mascara is a a must......instead of using the pencil liner on ur lid, use it on the rim of the lower lid....try all this u willl definitely look a little different and very pretty..:)
