Why can't I view my myspace profile and other people's profile? It goes to the page but doesnt load correctly.

My Space, is an extremely popular site, and sometimes gets "bottlenecked".

"Bottlenecked" is a term used for too many users trying to get into a site, more than the sites servers can handle.

Imagine all the people that want to cross over a popular bridge on Labor Day. Traffic slows to a crawl. Even stops for a while.

This is exactly what is happening with MySpace, and other popular sites at peak hours, especially weekends and evenings.

The traffic trying to get onto the site is more than it's Servers can handle.

Other sites where you may experience a "bottleneck" is Zone.com a gaming site, or

Yahoo game site, or others that are very poplular.

An internet-traffic bottleneck has NOTHING to do your YOUR computer.

The site either has a "Server" down, ( that is like shutting a gate for the traffic),

OR

they are just getting so many users, that they need more Servers to accomodate all the traffic they are getting.
