Myspace profile view tracking?

we've all seen the links and stuff...but is there TRULY a way to track views on your profile? i want to know if a certain someone is still looking at my page. (and no, i dont' want to make it private)

Steer clear of 'trackers' unless you want to take a good chance your password will be compromised and your account used to spam other accounts.

The only 'trackers' that kind-of work are the ones that require other people to also have a 'tracker' of the same type on their computer as well. So it's pretty much impossible to find out if someone is looking at your profile without them knowing you want to know if they are looking at your profile. And the trade-off is that they will ALSO be able to track you. =P

So unless you can convince the person somehow to get a 'tracker' like the one you use and don't mind them knowing... save yourself a lot of trouble and don't bother with them. Almost all of them are scams of one sort or another or operate like viruses (they automatically make comments on your friend's pages to get the tracker you use.)

To sum it up: they suck.

Nope sorry there is no such thing as a myspace tracker...but if you don't want someone to view your page you can actually block them from viewing it.. just go to account settings and go under privacy and you can add people who you want to ban from viewing your page.

There are some that 'sort of' work, but they are very dodgy (and can easily be bypassed)

Besides, what pages someone looks at is up to them, it's invading others privacy

all of those links---once you click on them, it gives someone your password %26amp; screen name and allows them to post comments on other peoples pags that arent from you. It'll post adds like "CHECK OUT MY NEW CHANEL BAG, CLICK HERE" and then if yoru friends click on that--the same thing happens to them.

so no there is no way yo should even go near any of those "CLICK HERE" things on myspace. if you have--change your password. Check your friends' profiles--i bet theres posts from you that you never actually posted
